- I am the REO Sales Manager at Coldwell Banker Legacy REG in Bowling Green, KY. I have been in this position for over 2 and a half years and have worked REO properties all 5 years i have bee in real estate. There are 2 full time agents and 1 part time agent that work for me in this REO Department. I average about 60 sales a years and work with some of the large REO and Asset companies in the US. Coldwell Banker Legacy has over 100 agents in 4 offices localed in 3 counties and Coldwell Banker is the largest real estate companies in the area. My Department services 16 counties in southern kentucky.
