Getting Started in Commercial REO
Hello All,
I am an experienced REO broker for residential properties. I would like to venture out into the commercial REO sector. Can anyone provide any tips or direction as to the best way to go about it? I'm aware of the obvious: learn the commercial market, learn how to do commercial BPO's, etc. I guess my question is more about good resources to accomplish the obvious.
Any help along these lines would be helpful. Thanks.
