Yes sir...My team is working with local banks and investors to dispose of REO assets in Florida. Even though we specialize in the Tampa market, our clients are spread across the state, and are willing to review any asset worth looking at in other markets across Florida.

More about our specialty:

We specialize in Industrial sales and leasing in the Metro Tampa area, as well as the Tampa International Airport market. Working with users who need warehouse, distribution or manufacturing space whether for use or development.

Secondary focus is on vacant land in the growing I-4 Corridor that is fueled by the expansion of the Ports in Tampa Bay. Our developers are aggressively looking for good land deals in this market.

My experiences are in Leadership Development and my education is in Business Management with a focus in Technology. There are 1031 Tax Deferral Strategies that can help an investor purchase discounted valuable REOs and also take advantage of discounted non-performing loans. They can structure the purchase of the notes now; and acquisition of the underlying property and buy themselves enough time to sell their relinquished property.

In addition, an investor that is holding a non-performing property may be able to mitigate tax consequences due to COD (recourse and non-recourse debt) with 1031 Tax Deferral Strategies.

Also, there are 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Strategies utilizing "Seller Financing" that can help the investor defer much or ALL of the taxes on the sale of the relinquished property.

My name is Matt, Im located in Napa, however I cover the San Francisco Bay area. I have worked commercial only because of my Corporate background as an officer. My specialties are complex sales/buys with "knots" (I work with the philosophy that as with everything, there is alot you cannot do, however there is nothing that cant be done legally and well". I do have a very stong team of agents for standard Real Estate foreclosure sales as well with a high efficiency.
